Ottawa – Mayor Jim Watson will be joined by Dr. Mark Kristmanson, CEO of the National Capital Commission (NCC), His Excellency Bruce Heyman, U.S. Ambassador to Canada and The Honourable Madeleine Meilleur, Member of Provincial Parliament, Ottawa-Vanier, for the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Mackenzie Avenue cycling lanes.
