2) You don't need to repair at that facility, you can choose one of your choice
3) Rental car is not mandatory, if your policy doesn't include rental service

We see a lot of bodily damaged car repair at insurance-appointed body shop, their car suffer some minor (some major) mechanic errors that they cannot detect and fix.
