it is very popular in toronto, people can buy this kind of product by themselves from the website.
but unfortunately, not too many people had interest, because all the project is for condo.

it is very difficult to make money in financial market now, i know some very smart guy, pure white Canadian, tracking record is 10 percent every year during the past 10 years. this record is pretty good compare to a lot of wealth manager in banks.
You need to pay tax on this investment, and using your RRSP could defer that.
