Do your best! I had the same question as you last semester. In order to get over this problem, I just forced me to open my mouth regardless what other people was thinking...This semester, some native Canadians asked me if I would like to be a partner with them...
 
我明天也要上LAB了,估计肯定和他有同样的遭遇
