看来直觉是对的。

在市区里被追尾很常见，大多数心平气合协商解决， 偶尔听说被追尾的愤怒暴打追尾的， 被追尾的绝大情况是有理的一方，难道在市区还怕追尾理亏的暴打有理的一方？你被追尾了，追尾的车肯定也有损伤，你一跑，本来你是有理有利的一方，如果那追尾的一方狠点。说你的不是，比如斜插进道等等，最后还有可能你成了理亏的一方。


这贴中悲剧的根源是事主出现事故是
-没有把车停到安全的地方，
-可能没有放紧急警告反光装置
-车上人没有出来站在安全的地方

而且， 第一， 车子要彻底停入路肩， 别头进去了，屁股还在路上。第二，要具体情况具体分析， 哪怕再冷， 你看着情况不对， 后面极有可能会有车子控制不住撞过来， 无论是加拿大的冬天还是加纳的冬天， 人都要出车子，远远躲开。
