Saw the forum this morning and called Rogers right away. I have been waiting for this promotion for a while!
They asked where I heard about the promotion and then agreed to match up with the offer in Bayshore centre. The number I called is 1800-Rogers1 (1-888-764-3771).I got $9.99 installation and two-month half price.After that you can upgrade or downgrade to other package.

World-cup is on the way. I am looking forward to it......
