Firefighters respond to east-end warehouse fire

Ottawa firefighters were responding to a fire at an industrial building in the city’s east end Sunday morning.

Workers at the warehouse on 1184 Old Innes Rd have been evacuated, said Marc Messier, fire prevention and investigations officer via Twitter.

There are no injuries.

Crews are still fighting fire in one corner of building. Heavy smoke conditions in building hindering crews. Ventilation is taking place
