A man who allegedly tried to film up a woman’s skirt at Buskerfest in Ottawa on Monday has been charged with voyeurism and mischief.
Ottawa police said the man was caught by a witness with a “keen eye” who alleged the man used a hidden camera to film women in the crowd at the family-oriented festival.
Police said the incident happened near Bank and Queen streets at around 2:30 p.m. and there was more than one witness.
Gary Oslund, 50, of Ottawa was arrested and released on charges. Police could not confirm a future court date.
