My name is (Mr.) Yangyang Sun. I'm a university teacher from China. This September, I'll go to the University of Ottawa as a visiting professor.

I would like to rent a 1bd apartment/condo in Ottawa or Gatineau area which hopefully meets the following descriptions :

-Near any big supermarkets, like Walmart, Loblaws, ect.

-Fully furnished with appliances such as dishwasher, stove and microwave etc. Or at least with a bed.

-Laundry facilities in suite or on site.

-All utilities included (Hydro, Water, Heat, Condo fee, Internet).

-None basement nor semi-basement unit.
Hopefully On a high floor
-Available after 24th August.

Lease term 1 year. Price around $1000/m.

$1000/m for a furnished all inclusive 1-bedroom in Ottawa? Impossible!!.
Maybe try Gatineau, or find a roommate to share 2-bd apartment. Good luck!
