Section of 9th Line Road closed for bridge renewal starting Wednesday

Ottawa – To accommodate rehabilitation work on the 9th Line Road bridge over the South Castor River Municipal Drain, starting on Wednesday, August 10, 9th Line Road will be closed to through traffic from Marvelville Road to Castor Road, and the bridge itself will be closed to all traffic including pedestrians and cyclists. These closures will continue until mid-September.


All through traffic, including motor vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists, will be detoured via Marvelville Road, York’s Corners Road and Castor Road.
