The Canadian Tire Centre closed its doors for the day after a contractor doing building maintenance on Thursday accidentally broke a water main.
Water made its way through the rink level before the main was turned off with the help of the fire department and city workers. The building will be inspected for any damage after a cleanup is done.
A job fair scheduled for Thursday evening was cancelled.
