Parking lot accidents happen all the time in Canada. Even if you catch that guy in the even, if you don't have enough witness you still need to pay half of the demage(both side).
The best thing for you is, go to your insurance company, claim accident for No Insuranced person.

I won't agree with all of what said. even if he is 使诈ing, it's reasonable. He is not the criminal.Should he appologize for that?
I experienced hit-and-run before, though my car was not damaged badly.I don't think we should forgive that kind of person.
I also expericed some people 使诈. She said I hit her car. Fortuately my wife was in the car, otherwise I might be cheated(there was a damage to her car beacuse of somebody else's fault).

To the victim: you should report to the police immediately after the incident. Hit-and-run is a criminal act and it has already been commited, so what are you waiting for? I don't blame those who doubt your intention, credibility kind of diminishes as time goes by, and posting in the forum can't get you the criminal! However I can also understand how frustrating it is for you to be a victim of a criminal act. Talk to your insurance company, they could perhaps give you some suggestions. Unfortunately in most hit-and-run cases, the victims usually incur the costs for repairing the damage, so just be prepared.
