Paramedics treated two people who were left in serious but stable condition after a collision on Highway 174 Monday morning.
The collision, which occurred on the highway east of Trim Road at around 7:30 a.m., snarled traffic and caused massive delays for commuters during rush hour, until the cars could be cleared off the roadway.
According to paramedics, two patients were treated at the scene.
A woman, 50, was in serious but stable condition and was transported to hospital. The second patient was a man, 55, who was also in serious but stable condition.
More details about the collision weren’t made available Monday morning. Police are investigating.
