Construction is underway on the West Transitway Extension

Ottawa –Mayor Jim Watson, Councillor Keith Egli, Chair of the City’s Transportation Committee and Councillor Stephen Blais, Chair of the City’s Transit Commission, will be joined by the Honourable Bob Chiarelli, Minister of Infrastructure for the Government of Ontario and MPP for Ottawa West-Nepean, to celebrate the beginning of construction of the West Transitway Extension between Bayshore Station and Moodie Drive.
