Ottawa police are investigating the double homicide of a man and a woman on Apeldoorn Avenue.
Police received the call about the deaths inside a family home in the Carlington Heights area just after 10 p.m. Monday night. One male is in custody. No charges have yet been laid.
The man and woman’s deaths mark the city’s 18th and 19th homicides of 2016.
