Firefighters were working to control a fire that broke out in a house on Cleto Avenue early Sunday.
At 6:41 a.m., Ottawa Fire received a 911 call from a neighbour reporting flames and smoke visible from the home at 12 Cleto Ave., near Merivale Road.
When they arrived, crews began “aggressive fire suppression operations,” and searching the home for occupants.
There were no injuries reported.
At 7 a.m., crews were still at the scene in a “full offensive attack”.
