RCMP and members of the Canada Revenue Agency conducted a raid on the Glebe Smoke Shop on Bank Street near Fifth Street Thursday morning.
About half a dozen officers were in the shop, according to an employee who answered the phone.
The employee said the agents had not told him why they were in the shop.
He deferred all comments to the store’s owner.
The Glebe Smoke Shop is a 24-hour convenience store with a large selection of magazines and tobacco products.
