Police are warning that a demonstration will snarl traffic on downtown and Sandy Hill streets Monday.
They’re expecting a moving demonstration between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. travelling from Wellington Street to Elgin Street then to Elgin Street to Laurier Avenue to Range Road.
