Gatineau police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man may have become carried away during an ‘Ultimate Fighting’ TV broadcast, allegedly punching a fellow patron in the face three times.
Police said the apparently unprovoked attack occurred at about 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 13, in the Casino de Lac-Leamy’s poker room.
Patrons were gathered to watch the unspecified televised bout when the attack occurred.
The suspect is described as Caucasian between 25-30 years of age, about five feet nine inches (1.74 metres) tall, weighing 200 pounds (91 kg) with short hair and trimmed beard.
