没有AGENT,签OFFER的时候需要律师吗?还是[急问]

NO. You still need a lawyer if it's new house. But you can sign the contract before you see the lawyer, which is not a good practice though.

I think it is better you get an agent as your rep because there are too many clause you do not know. I have same experience before.

do you know that having your own agent doesn't cost you more, provided that the vendor has his agent? If it's 5% commission, it will be split by both agents. Plus your agent can help you negotiate inclusions, exclusions, price, closing date, conditions, etc.
