One man is dead after a fatal crash in South Dundas Thursday night.
Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP said the crash occurred on County Road 1, otherwise known as Carman Road, at about 9:30 p.m.
That was when police said the male driver of a pick-up truck lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over. Police said the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other people in the vehicle. The man’s name and age were not released pending the notification of his family.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators were on scene Thursday night. County Road 1 was closed between Irish Headline Road and Pleasant Valley Road following the crash.
