[问题] PC reboot issue? expert please.

Recently, my PC always took more than 5 minutes to
complete start up process. Once I turned on the power
switch, it wouldn't go through CD-Rom, Floppy, just
stopped there for a long time and did nothing.

But after it completed startup, I tried turn it off and
turned on the power again immediately, there was no
problem at that time.

Please advice. Thanks.
