业主想尽快套现吧,估计换房新买的新房要交割,怕瑞奇再出个类似368那样的房无良卖方代理压低价搅局吧。最近瑞奇一直有新房在交割。9月开学前一周是新房交割高峰期。

这房子风水,户型,面积,价钱都还不错。
 
I guess apartment building in China all use Stucco. It is a very simple construction method, There is no 发霉 problem as long as it is built properly by skilled workers. That is why not every builder is able to do it, only certain builders. Richcraft, Mito, Aubundele(?), phoenix, Ashcroft..., only use bricks, partial stone, not stucco. Stone + Stucco looks more 高大上.

洗手间没有fan?不会吧……很老的房子(比如60年代的)洗手间都有fan。
主卧的洗手间,马桶间和淋浴分开,马桶间有fan,淋浴间没有

All those buyers and builders are "stupid", only you are very smart with good knowledge! (builder provided buyers opition to use stone or brick or stucco with same price). If this is a COMMON problem, why these builders still use stucco? they want lawsuit? they do not care their reputation?. These builders should know more than you know, because they are doing business, and you are only a 吃瓜 CFC.

房子照片处理的太过了,白的都看不出地面到底铺的是什么。
 
这个房子我看已经退了两次了,原因中介能查到吗, 还是说就是个迷

买家贷款有问题的可能性很小,大概率是房子本身问题验房通不过,买家悄悄的撤了。

然后再趁热回到市场上,坐等接盘侠。

368 无良卖方代理压低价是怎么回事?您是说62.5万那个么?那个2500 sqft左右 个人觉得那个价格也还算合适了吧 难道您觉得可以再多卖一些么?

那个368没有2500 sqft,最多200左右,一楼和地下室都很小,就一个厅和一个小房间。也没有deck,基本上没有任何upgrade,厨房都不是大理石,估计是普通木板。我觉得也不会太高。毕竟谁赚钱都不容易;)
