Investigators say they’re concerned there could be more alleged victims after charging a 47-year-old man with trying to make contact with a pre-teen girl by delivering “inappropriate” letters to her home.
The Ottawa police’s sexual assault and child abuse section investigated and charged Robert File Wednesday with three counts of harassment by repeated communication with a person and one count each of mischief and invitation to sexual touching of a person under the age of 16.
File appeared in court Wednesday.
