Ottawa police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a man in connection with a break-in last month at a home in Old Ottawa South.
Police said the break-in occurred Monday, May 29, between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at a residence near Carleton University.
Police did not provide details about the break-in or whether anything was stolen.
The man is described as Caucasian, 20 to 30 years of age, with a thin build and short dark hair. He appeared dressed in all grey, a grey long-sleeved shirt, grey pants, grey-and-blue shoes and a grey-and-black hat.
Anyone with information is asked Ottawa police robbery unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 4533. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
