Weather: Sticky Thursday, risk of T-storm Friday and weekend showers

After a sunny summer morn, expect some clouds to roll in by noon Thursday and a high of 29 C that will feel more like a muggy 34.

Then Friday is expected to be mainly cloudy with a 60-per-cent chance of showers and the risk of an afternoon thunderstorm with a high of 24 C.

There’s a 30-per-cent chance of evening showers.

For the first weekend of Bluesfest, Environment Canada predicts a mix of sun and cloud and a 30-per-cent chance of showers both days, with highs of 24 C Saturday and 23 C Sunday.

There’s the same 30-per-cent risk of showers for Monday with a high of 26 C.

The risk of rain wraps up Tuesday and Wednesday with a mix of sun and cloud and highs of 26 C and 27 C respectively.
