Ottawa firefighters had to remove the doors from the driver’s side of a car and extricate the occupant, after the vehicle struck a hydro pole.
The single-vehicle collision happened shortly after 7 a.m. Saturday.
The condition of the person has not been released and was in the care of paramedics.
Ottawa fire, police and hydro are at the scene.
