How to reprot someone post your home for rent without owner permission

昨天发现了一个奇怪的事情， 我的房子被别人(called Saint Joseph Property Management) post on kijiji for renting, 我竟然不知道。如何处理这种事呢？

我给 Saint Joseph Property Management 打电话询问他们问什么post my house for rent without my permission. they said there must be someone asked for this. But I have never asked them. I asked them to remove my house immediately from the ad, he said he did this morning. But I still see it on the kijiji, he said it will take some time for kijiji to refresh.

So weird, they put their contact name for renting contact. Not sure why they do that?
