真倒霉, 公民申请一月送出,今天收到回信要打指模

今天受到公民局的来信,被要求打指模,没想到会有人和我重名(我是三个字的名字). 我太太和我一起申请的,不知道她的申请是否也会延长?

所以是不是夫妻双方分开申请比较好,万一有一方需打指模,另一方不受影响.

在给你的回信上有800电话可以查询。但是他们会告诉你说到信后要等十个月再查询，否则别着急，正在排队，等等。他们就是这样告诉我的。
打指模 好像就差不多了。我是12月申请的，1月收到回信，然后到现在连个信儿都没有。打电话去查询说过了十月在来查询吧。

一般情况下，你至少要等10个月才会有消息。即使你打电话去Call-center查询，如果你的申请等候时间在10个月以下，你也不会得到任何有用的信息。

Just Be Patient. You will get there.

I have same problem

No acknowledge letter for me either.

What's the problem? Where to call to see if they received my application or not?

The acknowledge letter takes longer than 2 months now. My friend and I have the experiences.

It seems that I will be asked to do finger print. I called call centre some time ago. they told me that there was another person with the same name and exact same datebirth as me. I sent my application in May and got the acknologement lette in June. I hope the God bless me.
