孩子回国和牛奶金[问题]

大家先别急着打棒子。据我所知，某些情况下孩子回国给老人带是可以领牛奶金的，是合乎规定的。不过建议当事人到政府问问清楚。喜欢主持正义的人们，建议你们调查调查再发言。

I also support. Don't abuse this system, otherwise, this country either will become what we see in China, or it will close the door to all immigrants. If you choose to come here, you have to honor the common value here, which is honest, fair, and respect. I also heard that some people have their parents immigrating here under the name of family reunion while themselves moved to other countries such as states and back to China. That leave their parents enjoying the benefits of Canada such the housing, medical, while they (both elders and young) don't pay any tax to it. Then who will pick up the bill, it's other taxpayers. It's not fair and it's robbery of others.

这种事在渥村太多见了
偶三年前因缘去过城里的两个老年公寓，里面住了不少中国老人，聊了聊天，孩子办他们来了加拿大后，又去了美国挣大钱了，那时候，经济还很好，很容易在美国找到更好的工作的。
有位老太太，大女儿去了美国，带着还在OU读书小女儿在这呢，说起来，中国人还是很有亲情的，自己发达了，没忘了父母妹妹，算很不错的了。
前些年，65岁以上父母移民来加拿大就可以直接享受老人金的，所以子女走了，靠老人金住政府的老年公寓，生活是不成问题的。
遗憾的是，政府后来改变RULES了，父母移民来加拿大后，要求住满十年才可以申请老人金，十年！颇有些子欲养而父不逮也的感觉。
老年公寓呢，也因为申请的人太多了，我现在有位邻居的老母亲排队好几年了，可惜还在等
