Who thought there’d still be whining about the heat in Ottawa as October is only days away?

Well, it looks like, after two more trip around the rotisserie Tuesday and Wednesday, the capital can expect “normal” fall temperatures for the rest of the week.

Tuesday’s forecast looks like another record-setter, it’s expected to hit 32 C in real terms and 40 on the “feels like” scale.

Oddly, the UV index is only expected to his 5, or moderate.

Clouds are expected to roll in Tuesday night, with the low droppng to 19 C.

Wednesday is expected to start with fog patches, particularly in low-lying areas.

Clouds are expected to pick up Wednesday, with a 60-per-cent chance of showers, gusty winds and a high climbing to about 29 C.

Wednesday night’s temps are expected to plummet to a low of 10 C.

Thursday is looking like a mix of sun and cloud, with a high of 18 C, tumbling to a low of 5 C Thursday night.

Friday’s looking the same, with a 30-per-cent chance of showers and a high of 15 C.

Conditions are looking similar right through the weekend.
