The OPP’s ROPE squad is hunting for a federal offender who’s unlawfully at large and wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Kevin Lamoureux, 37, is described as Aboriginal, five feet nine inches tall, weighing 200 pounds.
He has a tattoo on his neck of hands clasped in prayer with the inscription “Only God can judge.” He has scars on his forehead, right temple and left hand.
He was serving a 30-month sentence for break and enter, possession of a weapon, failing to comply with an undertaking, possession of property obtained by crime and flight from police.
Police said Lamoureux is known to frequent the Ottawa, Barrie and Sudbury areas.
Anyone who has had contact with Lamoureux or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 1-866-870-7673, Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or 911.
