There’s a risk of a few more flurries Monday morning but just wait and Mother Nature will do any shoveling for you – it will be 1 C by morning on the way to a high of 9 C for Tuesday.

But in the meantime, the morning temperature of -8 C probably feels pretty frosty for Barrhaven commuters. The City of Ottawa’s traffic centre is warning them away from Fallowfield Road between Woodroffe Avenue and Holitman Drive because the rail crossing is malfunctioning. OC Transpo is warning of bus service delays.

Fallowfield to be avoided from Woodroffe to Hollitman – rail crossing malfunction. Duration unknown. @BarrhavenJan #otttraffic
