A Pembroke man is to appear in court Dec. 4 facing 21 criminal charges after a police raid turned up guns stolen in a burglary last month and fentanyl.
The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP conducted a search warrant at a home on Reynolds Avenue in Pembroke earlier this month.
They found guns that had been reported stolen from a home in North Algona-Wilberforce Township in October, along with ammunition, a chainsaw and several televisions.
Kyle Robert Lee Belaire is charged with three counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm, four counts of possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order, three counts of possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm obtained by crime, seven counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, three counts of failing to comply with a probation order and possession of fentanyl.
