Santa's pals show up en masse for annual Santa Shuffle fundraiser

Santa greeted several hundred of his closest friends back to Lansdowne Saturday for the annual Santa Shuffle Fun Run and Elf Walk.

Participants sporting everything from elf costumes to reindeer antlers frolicked in the cool but comfortable weather to help raise money for the The Salvation Army to help families and others in need during the Christmas season and throughout the year.

Ottawa was one of several Santa Shuffle events across North America.
