We are only 2-member family( a couple). Starting on Nov. 1st. we are looking for a couple or two people, no smoking, to share a beautiful and quiet town home on Bayshore Dr. It would be one bedroom on the second floor and one beautiful finished large basement room available. 1.5 bath. plus one big store room in the basement. Very close to Bayshore Bus Station and Bayshore shopping mall. Bus Stop at the door,. It is good for single gentleman/lady, or a couple without kids.
Telephone, cable TV, high-Speed internet available.
The things need to share are only the kitchen and bathroom.
Price:
$360 for one bedroom on the second floor
$260 for the finished basement room
or
a couple (one bedroom + one finished basement + seperated washroom)
