[请求] my HP computer can not be recovered by HP recovery Disc!!

My conputer is HP Omni xe3 with Win98, it has some thing wrong with it, I can not recover it by using the HP recovery disc, the disc could not be run in the computer.
Pls help me by suggestions, Thank you!!!

you should give more details,

thank you, when i start my computer with recovery disc, the screen displys "........." then stop there, no reding action on the disc driver. when I use theother win98 to recover ,it display"need system disc"

maybe you need a flopy disc to start you computer, and
recover the system manualy by inserting the CD again?

1) Make sure that Recovery CD is bootable (check the manual)
2) Make sure that the boot order is correct in BIOS

Anyway, a bootable FP should work

maybe his cd rom is broken

我都试啦,用软盘,用DISC,REBOOT,都不行呀,是个LAPTOP,问HP他ND也整不明白,说的方法还没各位大侠的到点子.
