Residents of a four-storey Gatineau apartment building were driven into the frigid night by a fire at midnight Monday.
There were 32 residents who evacuated the 16 apartments at 16 rue Tassé, in the Mont-Bleu area. The 32 firefighters reported the fire under control at 32 minutes after midnight.
The fire was confined to one apartment. Damage is estimated at $85,000.
