The homicide squad is investigating after a teen was fatally struck by a vehicle driven by a man who was later found naked near the scene of the collision.
Police said late Wednesday that the pedestrian, struck by a vehicle in Bells Corners on earlier in the evening, has died.
Seyton Drive was closed to traffic between Westcliffe Road and Cymbeline Drive on Wednesday night while police investigated. The area was reopened just after 6 a.m. on Thursday.
The driver of the vehicle was found naked near the scene of the collision. He remains in custody.
