薪水再创新低:8%的海归愿意不考虑薪水打工

十一长假,是大多数上班族放松的好机会。不过,对于不少回国求职的“海归”来说,这是一段并不轻松的日子。求职,是他们在此期间的主要任务。上海可锐公司一项针对近500名“海归”所作的调查显示,其中有12%是趁着国庆回来打探就业行情的,这一比例比上月高出了5个百分点。

“海归”纷纷回流,其对薪水的心理价位则在不断下降。同一项调查显示,在受调查者中,有60%的人愿意将月薪标准下降1000元,13%的人愿意下降2000元以上,还有8%的人表示可以不考虑月薪。总体上看,愿意下降心理价位来寻得一份工作的“海归”比上月增加了27%。

业内人士分析,“海归”调整薪水心理价位的原因,除了不断有新毕业的“海归”加入竞争行列之外,也包括近段时间来沪上职场总体供大于求,且人员流动频繁导致人才市场补给资源丰富,使得众多“海归”在求职路上受挫。调查还显示,受调查者中已有3个月未找到工作的占30%,另有15%在5个月内都没有找到工作。该公司的调查人员预计,随着越来越多的“海归”陆续回流,10月底11月初将是“海归”薪水心理价位下降的冰点期。估计届时在沪求职的“海归”中将会有五分之一的人在5个月内无法找到工作。有资料显示,去年上海找不到工作的“海归”已达7000人,有关人士预计今年这一数字还将提高。

人力资源专家普遍认为,过去,一些“海归”为了尽快回收投资,在待遇方面要求过高,让有心请贤的企业左右为难。现在“海归”自降身价,是在市场机制作用下正常的回归。面对这种情况,跋涉在求职路上的“海归”尤其要避免步入一些误区。中国人力资源管理技术咨询会委员卞秉彬提出,职业发展方向不明确以及对当地市场情况的不了解,是“海归”们普遍面临的两大问题。不少“海归”在出国留学时放弃了原先专业,卞秉彬认为,对于他们来说,在重新求职时特别要注意提炼出几个专业间的相关性,目标明确,而不是强调自己在专业上的广泛性,因为与“广博”相比,用人单位更看重求职者的“精深”。与此同时,不熟悉本地市场是大多数“海归”的另一处“软肋”所在,对于这一点,以与时俱进的眼光勤于研究,就是专家对他们提出的忠告。

是呀,目前这种形式下,在这个坛子上看到讨论回国的还在说什么几十万年薪,住宾馆,开公司车什么的,真是笑谈。
前几年我目前就业的公司也派员工长期驻亚洲分部,待遇都很好,现在呢,一点可能都没有,各大公司都在节省开支,控制支出。

是呀,目前这种形式下,在这个坛子上看到讨论回国的还在说什么几十万年薪,住宾馆,开公司车什么的,真是笑谈。
前几年我目前就业的公司也派员工长期驻亚洲分部,待遇都很好,现在呢,一点可能都没有,各大公司都在节省开支,控制支出。

I feel that you cann't get that conclusion. It's all depend on the qualification of each individual. The reason that so many Sea turtle have to reduce their expectation is because that these people come abroad to study for a major in 2 -3 years and many have no working experience. Also the foreign companies who are hiring in China is trying to reduce the cost and therefore they would like to pay China market salary instead of foreign pays. But I still believe those who has good education and useful working experience would find better pay in China. I heard Nortel could pay people coming back from overseas at around 10k per month even it's China pay. That's higher than I saw in this forum and elsewhere. But certainly they are seeking those with experience not just fresh graduated, otherwise, they could find them from China local market.

you must be kidding, i never heard anyone (local staff) from Nortel Beijing
has a monthly salary lower than 10k!
