A fire at a two-storey home in Stittsville was quickly handled by firefighters early Saturday morning.
Firefighters arrived at the scene at 18 Granite Ridge Drive shortly after a 911 call was placed by a resident.
Smoke was visible and a working fire was declared.
Ottawa Fire crews quickly brought a Working Fire at 18 Granite Ridge in Stittsville under control. The fire was confined to a rear deck with minor extension to the interior. #ottnews #ottcity #ottfire pic.twitter.com/t02nMiz2Hz

There were no injuries to residents or firefighters.
The fire was under control by 5:53 a.m.
