A 20-year-old Ottawa man is under arrest after police seized a loaded, “modified” rifle in a west end raid Saturday morning.
The joint raid by the guns and gangs unit and DART unit occurred at an apartment on Ramsey Crescent in the Forest Farm neighbourhood at about 8 a.m.
A small quantity of unspecified drugs was also seized.
Dylan Lepine face several charges including unauthorized possession of a firearm and failure to comply with an undertaking.
