Tuesday is looking like it will be a scorcher and Wednesday looks sticky with showers and maybe thunderstorms in the mix.
But it looks as though we’ll be back to plain warm and sunny by the weekend.
Up first for Tuesday is mainly sunny skies with southwest winds at 20 km/h gusting to 40 by late in the late morning, a high of 26 C that will feel like 28 and a UV index of 9 or very high. The low is 16 C.
Wednesday looks mainly cloudy with a few showers beginning in late morning, the risk of an afternoon thunderstorm and a high of 24 C that will feel like 30. There’s a 60 per cent chance of overnight showers and a low of 13 C.
A 30 per cent chance of much-needed showers sticks around for Thursday with an outlook of mixed skies, a high of just 21 C and low of 12 C.
Friday is expected to be sunny with a high of 25 C and low of 11 C.
Forecast for Saturday is sunny and 27 C with a low of 15 C.
For Sunday, expect mixed skies, a high of 26 C and a low of 19 C.
The new week starts with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a high of 29 C.
