Police have identified a fourth victim and laid a new assault charge against Robert Lunnie, the owner-operator of an Augusta Township retirement home.
Meanwhile, the Green Acres Retirement Home has both changed its name to the Sunnyview Home and come under new management, the OPP reported as detectives again asked for anyone with more information in the case to come forward.
Police launched an investigation into a sexual assault reported to police Mar. 27.
On May 25, police reported that Lunnie, 72, had been charged with four counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation in relation to two victims. The sexual assaults happened on the property of the McCrea Road retirement home; one of the victims was a resident of the home.
Almost a week later, Lunnie was charged with an additional count of sexual assault involving a third victim.
Lunnie was released on bail June 1 to live in Prescott under conditions including staying at least 500 m away from the retirement home, which is about 90 km south of Ottawa.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Prescott OPP detachment at 613-925-4221 or call toll-free at 1-888-310-1122.
