HIKING GATINEAU PARK - A KING'S PLAYGROUND
This trip begins with a light 2.5 km hike up the King Mountain escarpment where the St. Lawrence lowlands meet the Canadian Shield. After our hike, we take a five-minute ride down to the Mackenzie King Estate. Contrasting geological formations, old ruins, enchanting gardens and romantic waterfalls create the perfect setting for an afternoon picnic. Don’t forget to bring your camera!
Cost includes transportation, beverages, lunch and professional guide services.
Cost: Students $50
Members and Full-time Staff $75
External Community $90
