看清楚那实线没有?　

各行其道，出问题，谁变线谁的责任。即便过了实线，也是谁变线谁的责任。

画的时候没有注意那个。我如果是红车，通常会等到蓝色车的意图明确后才继续前进。

无禁止U turn标志的路口直行红灯时能否U turn? 在国内是允许的。
另， 在直行绿灯的路口等待左转时，对向有右转的车，谁有优先权？我认为应该是左转车优先吧？

这种情况常常碰到。那个蓝色车也不是马上就变两条道。而是一直闪着右侧灯，不断向右测张望。所以我如果是红车，会等到他变完两条线再继续前进。
