Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect in a commercial robbery in the Glebe last November.
In a release, police said the robbery occurred at about 7 p.m. Nov. 23 “in the 800 block of Bank Street,” between Third and Fourth avenues.
Police did not identify the store or say what was stolen.
The suspect is described as being in her 30s, with dark skin, long black curly hair, and was wearing a black three-quarter-length coat.
In some of the security cam photos, the suspect had her face wrapped in a thick scarf. At one point she was also photographed wearing a red baseball cap.
The suspect used a bicycle to make her getaway.
Anyone with information the case is asked to call the robbery unit at 613-236-1222, ext.5116. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or by downloading the Ottawa police app.
