你公司给我2018 9 月换的roof 在一直漏水， 我打你留给我的唯一一个电话号码， 你的电话自动语音说你的sales department closed and reopen in April 2019 and didn't mention anything about service department. 但是你的service department should always be open regardless as your company stated that the roof replaced by your company has long term warranty. I left voice mail and sent you text message and email. Please check them and call me ASAP.
