Notice of Cancellation: Transportation and Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committees

Given the current State of Emergency as well as Council and staff’s focus on the City’s response and relief efforts, the Chairs of the Transportation Committee and Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committees have directed that the meetings scheduled for Wednesday, May 1, and Thursday May 2, 2019, be cancelled.

Subject to the Chairs’ ability to call a Special Meeting to consider any time-sensitive items, the next meeting of Transportation Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, 2019 while the next meeting of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee is scheduled for Thursday, June 6, 2019. The hearing of the matter scheduled for the Court of Revision on May 2, 2019 has also been rescheduled to immediately following the ARAC meeting on June 6, 2019.
