在国内真的有人凭技术挣到高薪吗？

不少朋友都选择回国了，更多朋友犹豫不决，我想这个问题是大家都在考虑的吧？有谁真的了解国内人凭技术挣到20-30万以上的年薪？能举出一例吗？

坦白地说，我竟然找不到一个。我认识的国内年轻朋友挣高薪的，不是靠长辈职权、挖公司墙角、就是逢迎整人往上爬。最近得知一位电大大专毕业的朋友连升两三级，干过人事熟知关系和档案手脚，当然工作也很努力，可是现在谁不努力呢？看看国内升职发财的人，实在让想回国的脚却步。所以要是哪位能举出个把实例来，实在是一种鼓励。国内在软件、电子等领域有真正的而且是大规模的技术开发需求吗？就连通讯业，我的同学在三大通讯公司，也是跑销售才多挣些钱。

20万年薪算低薪了.
作小姐都比这挣得多.
留了洋, 回去搞技术就挣这么点儿的,
要么就是特爱国,
要么就搞不了什么技术.

I earned a little more than 200KRMB/year in all before I immigrated to Canada in 2001. I was a R&D engineer and still a R&D engineer here. Two of my coworkers changed their jobs in the meantime when I came here, they now earn 350KRMB/year. They are R&D engineer as well as group managers.

but my co-worker, who was technical staff before and transfered to marketing.
He earned 2000K RMB in 2001.

If this was true and common in China: wonderful news ! Then we in N. America will not have to worry about competition from China. If R&D engineer can make 200k+ in China, then there will be no incentive for American company to move there.

Tell me this is true and common ! Then I can sleep better. I was scared to death by the low salary in China&India.

I am afraid you cannot sleep good. As far as I know, the best
salary in India is around 10K canadia $ per year. So the NA companies
offer contract to the india company. They usually work very hard.

I am afraid you cannot sleep good. As far as I know, the best
salary in India is around 10K canadia $ per year. So the NA companies
offer contract to the india company. They usually work very hard.

Then there will be no jobs in China, too.

Banglore, anyone ?

yeah, it is true, but whether it is common or not. It totally depends on how you calculate this common rate. But at least it is true and common in all the R&D centers of bigger international companies, like SUMSUNG, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Nokia, Erricson, etc..

如果真要在国内吃技术饭，不要仅看收入。应该看发展。在公司里搞技术除了华为和中兴，其它的还真没几个像样的。去外企的话,成就感肯定不如华为和中兴。

还是去国家的部委下属的科研院所，现在工资也和公司差别不大。如果卫星上天，潜艇下海还有成就感，说不定还能分房子。
